➢ I must be Ensure that the schedule, budget, and details
of a given task are well organized.

➢ Challenging and quick environments require
excellence to keep things running smoothly.
➢ Making me able to work well under pressure without
sacrificing quality.

➢ I attended more than 5 meetings which were with the
club and the contract companies during the month,
discussing how the project is going.
What are the difficulties you had this month?
➢ I had a difficulty of mismatching team skills at the
beginning of my training and absence of
accountability.

How did you overcome these difficulties?
➢ I gathered all the workers and told them that there will
be consequences for not following the project tasks,
and each one is responsible for his task.
What did you learn from completing the tasks
➢ I learned how to deal with all the company’s needs
and manage all their requests during the due time that
was given to me.

➢ I want to learn more about the plan or strategy of
completing the tasks in a professional way.
➢ Also, I want to have good communication,
interpersonal skills, and be capable of maintaining
strong relationships.
